We have so many ways that these funds can help Aaro in this season, and I only feel empowered to be able to advocate for him fully and to provide the very best for him in this medical and developmental journey.
The Link Family
We introduced you to Kristen, Steven, and Aaro Link back in the year that was 2020. They were the first family to receive a Show Hope Medical Care grant. It was then that Kristen described our Medical Care grants as, “a celebration for the entire adoption community!”
Fast forward four years, and the Links have been awarded a second Medical Care grant on behalf of Aaro—and this year, they were also awarded an Adoption Aid grant for their daughter in Thailand, who has yet to come home. opportunity to raise $750,000—all by midnight on Christmas Eve.
As Steven shared, “It makes me smile when I think about how God provides. It makes you think back to the beginning. He initiated all of this, and he’s been providing ever since.”
For more than 21 years, God continues to provide through the work of Show Hope, meeting families in their first steps into adoption and continuing well into their journeys.
As we step into a new year, with unknowns and what-ifs, we are trusting that God will continue to provide through his people, so we invite you to join us in raising $500,000 for our annual Gifts of Hope campaign. And with generous donors matching gifts up to $250,000, we have the opportunity to raise $750,000, all by midnight on Christmas Eve.
