Even before she was married, Emily knew she wanted to adopt. In God’s timing, Dan also felt a leading to adopt. Now, three years into marriage, that calling is becoming a reality. They are pursuing adoption from Macedonia.
“This is ‘Plan A’ for us,” they shared. “If or when the Lord blesses us with biological children we will be overjoyed. We feel that, as of right now, we have to be obedient to the call the Lord has given us.”
Right now, they are waiting—longing for the day they see their child’s face for the first time, to hold and bring home the newest member of their family.
