March Spotlight: Meet Ned

Ned is a 9-year-old boy who lives at Maria’s Big House of Hope. His smile and giggle light up every room he enters.

In the playroom, Ned loves playing at the sensory boards, running his hands over all the different textures and feeling the various buttons, switches, and zippers. Bouncing and rocking get the best giggles from Ned, and his favorite is bouncing on the trampoline in the physical therapy room. He laughs and squeals with joy as he bounces up and down in the arms of his therapist. Ned recently spent some time playing with water and bubbles, and he had a blast splashing and getting everyone wet.

Ned came into our care when he was 5 years old with needs stemming from visual impairment and cerebral palsy. Will join us in praying that he will very soon have the opportunity to know the nurture and security of a loving family through adoption?
