Jami Mitchem

Manager of Digital Communications

Jami was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, but she has called Nashville home since 2015. After loving every aspect of Journalism and Art classes and clubs in high school, she went on to get her degree in Journalism and Graphic Design from Southeast Missouri State University. Upon graduating, she was introduced to Show Hope by becoming a Red Bus Project Intern—Show Hope’s former Student Initiatives program.

Since getting involved in the work of Show Hope, God has developed a passion and purpose in her heart to advocate for waiting children and communicate the beautiful stories of hope that have come as a result of this work. Outside of work, Jami loves to brew a good cup of coffee, try a new recipe, explore new cities with her husband, Hunter, curate the perfect playlist, and love on her nephews.
