Emily Dolch

Coordinator of Operations/IT

Emily was born and raised in the East Texas piney woods, but is proud to now call Nashville home. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University (Go Lumberjacks!) and a professional background in both non-profit work and the hospitality industry. After working in meetings and events for five years, Emily felt a call from God toward Show Hope’s mission and to a career related to ministry. Emily loves to meet new people, network, and cultivate relationships, but she also enjoys being deep in the details of a spreadsheet or database! Having a servant heart is extremely important to her as she loves to help move others forward whenever possible. She is humbled to be called by an incredible God and to witness what goes on within the walls of Show Hope every day.

When she is not at work, you can often find Emily talking the Enneagram (she’s a 2) or sipping an iced latte and reading. She loves to travel with her foodie husband—who is a chef, spend time with family, and play in the backyard with her five-year-old rescue pup, Charlie.
