Emily Dolch

Coordinator of Operations/IT

Emily was born and raised in East Texas but is proud to now call Nashville home. She has a Bachelor degree in Communication Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University (Go Lumberjacks!) and a professional background in both non-profit work and the hospitality industry. After working in meetings and events for five years, Emily felt a call from God toward Show Hope’s mission. Emily loves to meet new people, network and cultivate relationships, but she also enjoys being deep in the details of a spreadsheet or database! She loves to help move others forward whenever possible. She is humbled to be called by an incredible God to witness what goes on within the walls of Show Hope every day.

When she is not at work, you can often find her talking the Enneagram (she’s a 2) or sipping an iced latte while reading or listening to a podcast. Emily is a dog-mom to a 9-year-old rescue pup named Charlie. She also loves to travel with her foodie husband (who is also a chef) and spend time playing and learning with her daughter Amelia.
