The Wilkerson Family

This family is a part of Show Hope’s 20/20 Campaign. The goal is to help 20 children come home by raising funds for Adoption Aid grants for 20 families, all in one month.

The Wilkersons adopted for the first time in 2010. Since then, they have been praying about how to continue growing their family. Both Derrick and Jodie grew up in big families, and hope for their family to be the same. They believe now is the right time to adopt again.

Derrick and Jodie have decided to adopt from the United States. Through the stress and difficulty that often accompany the adoption process, they have learned to rely completely on God’s timing and provision. While this journey is rarely ever easy, it is always worth it.
