Amanda Ferrara
Manager of Pre+Post Adoption Support
Amanda Ferrara joyfully brings her passion for God, social work, and trauma care to Show Hope. She is a licensed therapist with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Amanda honed her expertise at a child advocacy center, where she provided comprehensive care for children, specializing in those who experienced adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). Her approach went beyond individual therapy, as she actively collaborated with parents to foster trust-based and trauma-informed relationships with their children. Witnessing the need for resources and education in the pre- and post-adoption stages, Amanda is dedicated to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to be part of a loving and caring family. Beyond her work, Amanda enjoys quality time with her family and embraces the natural beauty of Tennessee through hiking and road trips.
