As you consider what God might have for you, consider advocating and raising funds for the needs of orphans as a Show Hope Fundraiser.
One easy way to get started is by donating your Birthday! Instead of receiving gifts or money on your birthday, you can pledge your birthday to Show Hope, and ask friends and family to donate to Show Hope in lieu of gifts.
Have a different idea for a fundraiser? That’s great! Get started by creating your personal fundraising page. You can customize it to fit any fundraising effort, and then share the link with your family and friends to start spreading the word.
A Few Helpful Tips:
Document your effort. If you’re hosting an event, take a lot of photos. Afterward, write up your story and send it our way. This allows us to further encourage other Fundraisers in their efforts, and you may just find your picture in our newsletter or on our website.
If you collect any offline donations, have the checks made payable to Show Hope. Send them all together to:
PO Box 647
Franklin, TN 37065
If you have any questions, email email@example.com.
Sponsors are the bedrock of Show Hope’s work. As a sponsor, your monthly gift of $35 or more benefits both our Care Centers in China and our Adoption Aid program. And all of our monthly sponsors have the opportunity to follow stories of children under care in China as well as the journeys of families who have received Adoption Aid grants. This gives you the chance to pray more specifically for each of these children and families, gaining an up-close glimpse into the faces, names, and stories of the lives you are helping change.

As a LifeHope sponsor, you can choose to help a waiting child enter a loving family by fully funding an Adoption Aid grant!
For a minimum of $418 a month, or $5,000 annually, you can become a LifeHope sponsor.

Show Hope’s Pause Campaign is a week of intentional living for the sake of others. Students spend a week away from social media and dive into devotional material about orphan care.
Ideal for student groups—from churches, schools, clubs, and colleges—participants take a break from the constant distractions of social media while learning how they can make a difference in the lives of waiting children.

Show Hope’s Care Centers in China are in need of general and medical supplies. You can join us in providing those through a collection of your own or by organizing a drive.

It is no surprise that after such a perspective-changing trip like this one, some come away with a new or renewed desire to expand/grow their family through adoption. If you would like to learn more about the adoption process and what the next steps look like, please visit howtoadopt.org.
The adoption journey doesn’t end on the day a child is welcomed home. Many children who have been adopted have experienced abuse, trauma, neglect, and early-attachment injuries. In order to continue to restore hope, we work to provide practical teaching and resources to better equip parents, churches, caregivers, and professionals in this journey.
