Monty recently returned to his guardian orphanage, so we ask that you join us in praying for not only his transition, but that he would soon also be able to join a family through adoption. We will greatly miss Monty. It has been an absolute joy and honor to love and care for him, and our lives are infinitely better for having known him.

This past month we celebrated Christmas by making ornaments, caroling, and dressing the children up for a live Nativity scene! Monty made an appearance as a donkey alongside his friends dressed as Mary, Joseph, wise men, shepherds, and other animals! And during preschool Monty loved finding treats in his stocking each day. These children are the best gifts. Please join us in praying that each would soon have the opportunity to enter a loving family through adoption.

Monty the lion made our Fall Festival so much fun—he was the life of the party! He went straight for the cookies, then paraded around to all the different stations—all while holding onto his balloon animal.

Monty had the best time celebrating his third birthday, complete with two parties! In preschool, he celebrated by eating cupcakes with his class friends, and then we had a fun party where Monty got a new toy car and some cute new sunglasses. It’s easy to celebrate Monty! He is happy and easy going, and has tons of fun everywhere he goes. Happy birthday, Monty!

Monty’s curiosity keeps him (and his nannies) busy. He’s always on the move looking for the next fun thing. He and his best buddy have friendly competitions to see who can get to a toy the fastest, or run the quickest. His nannies get so tickled watching them play. We all love Monty so much!
