Justice returned to his guardian orphanage, so we’re missing his smiles, giggles, and wonderful personality. Justice is a one-of-a-kind, baking-loving, scooter-riding kid, and it’s one of our greatest hopes that he would soon enter a loving family through adoption.

Justice giggled and squealed as he hunted for Easter eggs at Maria’s from the top of his friend’s shoulders! He liked all the chocolate candies and bàng bàng táng (lollipops), but the chocolate cookies inside the eggs were his favorite. We have so much fun with Justice, and loved celebrating Easter with him!

Justice counted down the days to his McDonald’s field trip. He was so excited when we loaded up the car full of his best friends to head out. As soon as we walked in, his big smile got even bigger! Justice ordered chicken nuggets and enjoyed every bite, and he loved the french fries too. Ice cream was not such a big hit, but he had fun with the car that came with his Happy Meal. Justice is full of joy and laughter, and it is so much fun to treat him to fun outings like this!

Justice absolutely loved playing in the snow in Luoyang! He had the time of his life sticking his tongue out trying to catch the snowflakes—which always ended in lots of giggles. We love to watch Justice try new things—like playing in the snow. He laughed so hard spinning around in the falling snow, but in the end decided it was a little too cold to touch the snow or throw snowballs.

Justice in Christmas pajamas and a Santa hat melts our hearts! His joy is deep and bright, and we had the best time celebrating Christmas with him. He made sugar cookies, ornaments with his fingerprint, and had fun finding a new treat each day in his stocking at preschool. Justice was also a wise man in our Nativity!
