Meet Amos

Amos is a bright and sunny little boy. His determination never waivers and his silliness keeps us smiling!

Amos loved his Luigi costume so much that he left it on all day, long after our Fall Festival had come to an end! He had the time of his life zipping around the party, munching on pumpkin cookies, and never letting his balloon animal leave his side. His smile never left his face, and we all thought he looked adorable in his Mario Kart costume—made complete by a balloon tied to his chair. Amos is so much fun and such a joy to do life with!

Amos often shows love to his friends by gently playing with their hair. So its no surprise that one of his favorite toys in his preschool class is a doll that has long hair to play with. We love getting these glimpses into Amos’ big, big heart.

This summer Amos started private lessons with our preschool teacher to help him learn sign language. We’re thankful our preschool teacher knows sign language and is able to make this wonderful opportunity a reality for Amos. He’s doing well so far and has already begun signing on his own! Please join us in praying for Amos as he learns this important life skill.

Summer at Maria’s Big House of Hope means pool days! Amos loves the water. He had a wonderful time splashing around and playing in the sunshine. We love seeing Amos smile.
