Lisa Stevens grew up all over the United States as an Air Force brat, but considers Tennessee home. She is currently pursuing a Master of Marriage and Family Counseling/Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University. She has a passion for attachment theory and working with complex developmental trauma. Lisa is a Programs Associate, serving in Show Hope’s Short-term Trips department. She and her husband, Dwain, have three beautiful daughters, two sons-in-law (gaining number three soon), and are enjoying an expanding collection of grandchildren. In her spare time she is training a naughty red Standard Poodle named Pippin to be a therapy dog.
