The Empowered To Connect Conference is a two-day conference for adoptive and foster parents, ministry leaders, and professionals designed to help them connect with children from hard places in order to help them heal and become all that God desires for them to be.

Priced low, this simulcast is an opportunity to provide the support to these families where most communities lack the experience, the expertise, and the answers to those in desperate need for help and guidance. You, your church, your adoption agency, your small group or group of friends can host a simulcast at a church or agency office.

The registration fee for this event is a one-time fee.

  • in:ciite Events will provide downloadable promotional materials to help you promote the event in your congregation and community.
  • These include, posters, bulletin inserts, flyers, and a promotional video.
  • A ticket template is also provided if you choose to charge admission to the event in an effort to recoup your costs.

Viewing guides are needed for this event.

  • All host site registrations completed prior to February 12, 2016 will be eligible to order five (5) complimentary “Empowered to Connect” Participant viewing guides. Please note that a minimum order of one set of viewing guides is required to receive the complimentary guides.

  • We will not accept any returns of viewing guides.
  • We will also have a downloadable version available.
  • The viewing guides are approximately 45 pages.
All in:ciite Events simulcasts are broadcast via webcast. They are very easy to view and do not require the purchase of any special equipment. You do need to have a good, strong internet connection in order to download the webcast in real-time. If you go to the link below you can test your download speed by following steps one (1) and two (2). in:ciite will also offer a live test weeks before the event to make sure things are working properly.

Simulcasting is a very simple process.

  • in:ciite Events will email you a link and a password days before the live event.
  • On the day of the event, you will click on the link and enter the password.
  • We will provide a countdown clock and music starting 45 minutes prior the event start time.
  • A schedule for the simulcast will be emailed to you prior to the event date.
  • A countdown clock will also run during break times.
  • Prior to the break, the event will be handed back to the host site coordinator to give any announcements or special instructions.
